The Trap Frame is an original acrylic frame from Ito-ya that frames paper by sandwiching it between two 3mm thick acrylic plates. While most acrylic frames are secured with screws at the four corners, the Trap Frame does not use screws. Additionally, by using the dedicated roller fittings, the frame can be displayed almost parallel to the wall. Although there are limitations on the thickness and size of the items that can be placed inside, it features a stylish form that cannot be found anywhere else. It is especially ideal for neatly framing certificates, diplomas, and thin paper artwork. [Precautions] *Because the paper is tightly sandwiched between the acrylic plates, paper with a wavy surface may wrinkle. Also, glossy photographs may show some stain-like areas or Newton's rings (rings of light). *The approximate thickness of the contents that can fit is up to a postal postcard (non-inkjet) or photographic paper. Slight differences may prevent the frame from fitting through the grooves of the sandwiched acrylic. *The maximum size of the contents that can be sandwiched inside is approximately 3 cm or more smaller than the main acrylic size. Larger sizes may prevent the frame from fitting through the grooves of the sandwiched acrylic, depending on the thickness of the contents. A minimum of 1.5 cm of margin (the area where the back of the acrylic is visible) is required from each edge of the acrylic. *Please remove the brown release paper attached to the acrylic before use.
