The absence of pre-printed dates and days of the week provides high flexibility, allowing you to start using it whenever needed. The highly smooth and comfortable paper was developed in collaboration with the Ehime Prefectural Industrial Technology Research Institute's Paper Industry Technology Center. Its high density, firmness, and thickness make it resistant to ink bleed-through, suitable for both ballpoint pens and fountain pens. The copper foil accent on the cover, which resembles genuine leather, is inspired by the nib design of the ROMEO No. 3 fountain pen and an inkwell design from an old Ito-ya product catalog. The deep purple endpapers feature a design of the twelve zodiac signs and the twenty-four solar terms, giving it a classic academic feel.
