The uniform surface with fine embossing retains the texture of leather, and its size, which comfortably covers the desk, harmonizes with various workspaces, providing comfortable support for desk work such as writing and computer use. *Bonded leather fiber is a material made by finely crushing leather scraps, hardening them, and then coating the surface. During the manufacturing process, traces of material mixing and subtle color differences inherent in leather may appear as small black dots or spots on the surface. Also, there may be a lingering odor from the manufacturing process at the time of shipment, but this will fade with use.
